Dicidia Riding Academy

Dicidia Riding Academy was created me to be a fun place where everyone, no matter their skill level or knowledge of horses, could come to role play and have fun, not to mention make a few friends along the way if they wanted to. So we at Dicidia ask you simply to follow these easy rules so everyone can enjoy the site. And, in advance, thank you for following them. We hope you enjoy your time here at DRA!

~ Be nice to all your fellow members, and that includes members and the staff. If the staff ask you to stop doing something, please be nice and stop. If you have any problems with a call or move they made, then contact the site owner, Heartlander, but be respectful in your dealings with the staff and other members of the site. Remember that we are all human beings, and each of us deserve to be treated how you would wish us to treat you.

~ There is no limit to how many characters you may have. You can apply for your characters to become trainers and instructors at the Academy in the proper forms. A layout will be provided and the site owner will reply back to you whether your character is accepted as a trainer/instructor. The site owner will also keep a log of current Dicidia Riding Academy instructors and trainers. Site staff like administrators and moderators can be found on the home page.

~ You can only use art from DeviantArt if you get approval from the artist and link back to their posted work. Freebies and gifts are allowed, but you MUST link back to the work or artist on DeviantArt. I do not wish to see anyone stealing artwork and claiming it as their own. It is against the law, and it is not nice or respectful of the actual artist, therefore it will not be tolerated.

~ Another word on your characters - although we do not wish to limit you, we will put up a little age limit. Your student riders, aka riders attending the Academy, should be no younger than 14 years of age. They may be any age over that, and to be an instructor or trainer, we prefer that your character is at least in their mid-20s. (25 years or older.)

~ Although there is no site wide plot, reading the history may help you. It is encouraged you read it, but it is not solely required.

~ Riders at the Academy may have their own horse or ride a DRA horse. Please specify which they are doing in your personal character log in your template. You may also post pictures of your character's personal horses. DRA Academy horse profiles can be found in a log in the Character Log section, and more horses will be added as needed. One rider to a horse is preferred at Dicidia, but if you would like to share a horse, message the site owner and we can make note of that.

~ MILD swearing only. Please do not go using it every other sentence. It's probably better that you don't use it at all, but... we will allow it, if you feel the need to use it.
