If you wish for your character to be a member of staff, please fill out the forum below. I am also accepting applications for someone to play Anthony Rodes, the co-founder. Rodes would likely be an older gentleman in his late 50s, early 60s. I know it's an odd age, but... he's older advisor to Academy Founder, Matt Lawson, so it is reasonable. You may also apply to be a replacement for Rodes, as he's getting old. If I find an applicant with a good replacement for the Co-Founder position at DRA, I will change that person's character to Rodes's position on the Staff list and add to the history that Rodes retired to his personal ranch after running DRA with Matt for this period of time. You may apply for Co-founder, Instructor and Trainer at this time. Co-founder would be second in command at the Academy and would advise Matt on decisions pertaining to the Academy's horses, students and land. They may also be trainers or instructors, as Matt himself does all those duties willingly. Trainers offer training services to the Academy's students and train new foals at the Academy as well as any Academy owned horses. Instructors give lessons at the Academy. They can be Riding Instructors or more General Horse Care Instructors, teaching things like certain professions (veternary skills, farrier skills, etc.) to students enrolled in those classes outside of their riding. This can be a short little description of your character's work experience with horses, preferably, or their field of teaching/training. Since DRA is an established Academy, it's probably better that your character have more experience, unless you state here that they want to be taken under the wing of a more experienced teacher at the Academy. You may specify that and which experienced person they wish to be taught by/become intern to, because I think that'd be a pretty interesting oppertunity, so I want everyone to have that chance.
